Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Out-of-City Wastewater Service Agreement with Crosswalk Church.

This request is for an Out-of-City wastewater service for the Cross Walk Church located at 8650 CR110. The church is located adjacent to a City of Round Rock wasterwater main and manhole which makes tying into the City's system convenient and at a low cost. The Church has been on a septic system for wastewater disposal but is now experiencing problems with their system. They made the request for Out-of-City wastewater service due to their issues with the septic system.
The Church has agreed to pay the 1.5 living unit equivalents (LUE) associated with their 3/4" water meter for the purpose of calculating their impact fee. The resulting impact fee is $3,148.50 that will be paid to the City prior to connecting to the wastewater system. The church will pay the monthly utility rates in accordance with Chapter 44, Article II of the City's ordinances. The City will bill the church on a monthly bases at two times the winter water average volumetric rate.
