Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269 allows governmental entities to use certain methods other than competitive bidding in entering into contract for construction of facilities, the City of Round Rock is considering using "Competitive Sealed Proposal" as the delivery method for the renovation work at Forest Creek Golf Club; package C - Bridges.
