Updating subsections of the KemperSports management agreement, to include specific language tying the sale of alcoholic beverages at Forest Creek Golf Club directly to KemperSports rather than the City. This is a requirement from TABC to allow for KemperSports to obtain the new license for beer and wine sales at the course.
