Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Team Marathon Fitness, Inc., dba Marathon Fitness, for the rental of fitness equipment for the Clay Madsen Recreation Center.

The lease agreement is for full replacement of the cardio equipment to be delivered, installed and maintain a complete inventory of commercial grade gym equipment for the Clay Madsen Recreation Center (CMRC) weight room.
CMRC average 25 users per hour and 300 users per day on 12 hours daily operating times. The lease agreement eliminates the maintenance expense and administration while providing CMRC members with new equipment on a regular basis. Additionally, the agreement will provide the CMRC members with top quality fitness equipment for cardiovascular exercise and apparatus for training each muscle group. The current equipment lease agreement officially ends on August 2017.
There is a $30,800.00 down payment and the remaining balance of 104,992.64 is divided into 36 monthly payments over the term of the lease.
