Title

Body

The owners have not provided any substantive response to the City's initial offer (7.21.17), final offer (8.22.17), or e-mail update requests to purchase the required property interests for the RM620 project.

Pursuant to § 2206.053 Govt. Code, the Motion should be stated as follows: “I move that the City of Round Rock authorize the use of the power of eminent domain to acquire fee title to a 0.009-acre tract, and a public utility easement to a 0.001-acre tract for the construction of improvements to RM 620.”
