Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Decor IQ for holiday lighting on Main Street.

This agreement is to enhance Downtown during the holiday season by lighting all trees on Main Street, a major thoroughfare. Visitors will be able to walk or drive the lit street and take in the magnificance of lights in the historic core of Downtown. The City may terminate the contract any time with a 30 day notice.
This agreement is for 5 years with an annual cost of $186,148.75 for a total contract award of $930,743.75.
