Forest Creek Golf Club - Overlay Project was awarded for construction contract to Lone Star Paving LLC. for the overlaying of the existing parking lot of the Forest Creek Golf Club. The bid opening was on February 24, 2016 and 3 bidders submitted bids for this project. The bidders who submitted were Lone Star Paving Inc. $166,045.00, Alpha Paving Inc. $179,371.00 and Smith Paving $286,300.00. Lone Star Paving is the low bidder for this project at $166,045.00. This is a 45 calendar day contract. This project will provide a long lasting, and durable, parking surface and it will remove the failing current pavement sections and overlay the entire parking area.
QA/CO #1 is the final quantity adjustment to reflect actual placed quantities for the project close out. These quantity adjustments are the result of deductions found during the projects completion. This QA/CO #1 has deductions for Machine Laid Type D-HMAC (RAP) Overlay, Nominal 1.5", Including Tack for $50,960.43, Glassgrid 8511 Pavement Reinforcement Grid for $11,870.25 and Erosion Control for $1,850.00. QA/CO #1 is reduction of $64,680.68.
