Body

This item is an Advanced Funding Agreement for a TxDot On-System Locally funded Project.  This is an agreement between the State of Texas acting through the Department of Transportation and the City of Round Rock.  This agreement will include the design and construction of intersection improvements on US 79 and Harrell Parkway and US 79 and East Palm Valley Boulevard, from Red Bud Lane to Kenney Fort Boulevard.   The Local Government will be responsible for all non-federal and non-state participation costs associated with the project.  The Local Government will be responsible for the design, the letting and managing of the project.
