The City of Round Rock seeks to enter into a five year agreement with Mister Carwash, who has the means and ability to clean the City's Police and Fire Department vehicles. Mister Carwash shall provide 'Basic Vehicle Cleaning Services' to Police and Fire Departments vehicles as part of routine maintenance to the fleet.
The contract sets unit prices on the services provided by the vendor and doesn't set a specific department appropriation for these services. The set price is for the life of the five year term of the agreement. There is no option for renewal at the end of the agreement's term.
Cost: Not to Exceed $58,800 (for five years)
