Consider a resolution amending "Appendix A: Fees, Rates, and Charges" to the Code of Ordinances, relating to Parks and Recreation Fees.

This resolution would allow for the increase of select Parks and Recreation fees. The proposed increases are the result of the 2017 PARD Fees and Revenue Analysis which was a joint effort of PARD and Finance. The analysis is a two-part study that includes the biennial review of PARD major facility fees (Rabb House, CMRC, Baca, Rock'N River, etc) and an annual review of all program fees. As part of the biennial review, a market study was completed for comparable facilities and programs to evaluate the market range and where in the market our fees land.
