Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Supply Agreement with Home Depot U.S.A. Inc. for the purchase of supplies and services.
Body
The purpose of this agreement is to support City operations by authorizing the purchase of various, lumber, plumbing, painting, electrical, landscaping and hardware supplies needed for maintenance and repair of City facilities from Home Depot in accordance with the US Communities Contract No. 16154, Exhibit A.
Payment is due at the time of transaction. An annual rebate is offered in lieu of discounts. Volume discounts are available through the Pro Rewards Paint Program and Volume Pricing Program, each requiring Request for Quote.
The contract will be issued in an amount not to exceed $200,000 per year on supplies purchased from Home Depot. The costs are paid for from the department’s operating budget.
This agreement will expire on December 31, 2021 in accordance with the term of the U.S Communities Cooperative Contract.
