Consider public testimony regarding the draft CDBG 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan.

In order to receive certain grants from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) the City must submit a Consolidated Annual Action Plan to HUD which describes community needs, resources, priorities and proposed activities with regard to housing, community development, economic development and public services. During the development of this plan two public hearings are required. This is the second public hearing. The first public hearing was held before City Council on March 22, 2018. One comment was received. The public has from May 22, 2018 to June 22, 2018 to submit comments on the plan. The 2018-2019 CDBG Action Plan proposes to fund Public Services, Neighborhood and Public Facilities, Minor Home Repair and Program Adminstration. Allocation for the CDBG 2018-2019 Program Year is $674,395. A draft copy of the CDBG 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan is available on the City of Round Rock CDBG Webpage.
