Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Trini Construction Builder, LLC for purchase of general building trade services (Drywall).

Invitation for Bids were solicited for Drywall Services and received a total of six (6) bids. The contract will be awarded to a primary and secondary Contractor. An evaluation team consisting of individuals with the City with expertise in this area, evaluated the invitation for bid responses and scored Trini Construction and Rino Painting as the best companies to provide these services.
The City recommends an award to Trini Construction and Rino Painting based on best overall bid response in accordance with the advertised evaluation criteria, highest points of 80 points to Trini and 65 points to Reno Painting received during IFB evaluation and scoring, and best Contractor to provide the required Drywall Services for the City of Round Rock.
The term of this agreement shall be for sixty (60) months.
Cost: $375,000.00 (5 years)
