An invitation for bids were solicited for Janitorial Services for the City of Round Rock, we received six (6) bids. The City intends to award one contract based on the Best Value for the City.
An evaluation team consisting of individuals with the City with expertise in this area, evaluated the invitation for bid responses and scored PBS of Texas as the best company to provide these services. General Services recommends an award to PBS of Texas with a the highest points of 91.
Cost: $2,110,500.00 (5 years)
