Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Bartlett Tree Expert Company for tree trimming and removal services.
Body
The agreement with the Bartlett Tree Expert Company, as the secondary contractor, will provide tree pruning and removal services for City trees as well as hazardous tree removal adjacent to homes, roadway medians, parks, sidewalks and other structures designated by the City. Additional services provided under this agreement include: stump grinding, insect and diseases treatment for trees, soil aeration, root excavation, deep root fertilization, air spading and arborist consulting services. The agreement term is 60 months, and the annual estimated agreement amount is $125,000 per year. The $125,000 per contract amount will be shared with the primary contractor Certified Arbor Care Inc.
Cost: $625,000.00
