Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Application and Agreement with Metropolitan Life ("MetLife") for Critical Illness and Accident insurance coverage for City employees.
Body
The Agreement is to allow MetLife to provide Accident and Critical Illness insurance coverage to City employees to be paid for by the employee with no City contributions. There will be a three year rate guarantee for both Accident and Critical Illness rates. In summary, there is no cost to the City.
