Consider an ordinance adopting the 2018 Edition of the Code of Ordinances. (Second Reading)

This ordinance adopts the 2018 Edition of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances which includes the newly adopted development code. The development code was adopted by the City Council in March 2017 and since that time staff has been working with Municode to codify the development code as Volume II to the Code of Ordinances. In doing that other changes had to be made to the existing code (Volume I). This ordinance finalizes all changes and adopts a new edition of the entire code to be referred to as the "2018 Edition" of the Code of Ordinances.
This ordinances requires two readings with the final adoption being on September 27, 2018. After that date, the new edition of the code will be available to the public online on the City's Municode website.
