Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with TDIndustries, Inc. for the purchase of general building construction trades services (plumbing).

Invitation for Bids were solicited for Plumbing Services and received a total of six (6) bids. The contract will be awarded to a primary and secondary Contractor. An evaluation team consisting of individuals with the City with expertise in this area, evaluated the invitation for bid responses and scored TDIndustries and Mechanical & Process Systems, LLC as the best companies to provide these services.
The City recommends an award to TDIndustries and MPS based on best overall bid response in accordance with the advertised evaluation criteria, highest points of 99 points to TDIndustries and 98 points to MPS received during IFB evaluation and scoring, and best Contractor to provide the required Plumbing Services for the City of Round Rock.
The term of this agreement shall be for sixty (60) months.
Cost: $1,500,000.00 (5 years)
