Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Partners Remodeling Restoration and Waterproofing, LLC for the purchase of general building construction trades services (carpentry).

Invitation for Bids were solicited for Carpentry Services and received a total of five (5) bids. The contract will be awarded to a primary and secondary Contractor. An evaluation team consisting of individuals with the City with expertise in this area, evaluated the invitation for bid responses and scored Partners Remodeling and Trini Construction as the best companies to provide these services.
The City recommends an award to Partners Remodeling and Trini Construction based on best overall bid response in accordance with the advertised evaluation criteria, highest points of 86 points to Trini Construction and 84 points to Partners Remodeling received during IFB evaluation and scoring, and best Contractor to provide the required Carpentry Services for the City of Round Rock.
The term of this agreement shall be for sixty (60) months. Trini Construction contract was approved by Council on August 23, 2018.
Cost: $750,000.00 (5 years)
