Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Prism Electric, Inc. for the purchase of general building trade services (Electric).

Invitation for Bids were solicited for Electrical Services and received a total of seven (7) bids. The contract will be awarded to a primary and secondary Contractor. An evaluation team consisting of individuals with the City with expertise in this area, evaluated the invitation for bid responses and scored M & C Electric, Inc. and Prism Electric, Inc. as the best companies to provide these services.
The City recommends an award to M & C Electric, Inc. and Prism Electric, Inc. based on best overall bid response in accordance with the advertised evaluation criteria, highest points of 94 points to M&C and 94 points to Prism during IFB evaluation and scoring, and best Contractor to provide the required Electric Services for the City of Round Rock.
The term of this agreement shall be for sixty (60) months.
Cost: $2,900,000.00 (5 years)
