Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with HCS, Inc. for the Round Rock Police Department Painting Project.

Invitation for Bids were solicited and received two (2) bids on September 6, 2018, HCS, Inc. was the lowest bidder. The City of Round Rock has identified the need to repaint the interior areas of the 120,000 square feet Police Facility including walls and the front exterior. Only 72,900 square feet will be painted for this contract.
Cost: $70,200.00
