The City entered into a contract on May 2016 for Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) of the and a bid package for the design of Harrell Parkway widening and intersections improvements for the Kalahari Resort in the amount of $465,972.95.
Supplemental Agreement # 1 was for an additional $423,610.38 on September 2017. A second supplemental agreement # 2 was completed in January 2018 in the amount of $93,220.00. This Supplemental Agreement # 3 is an hourly contract not-to-exceed, for Construction Services in the amount of $55,771.00. This brings the total contract price to $1,038,574.33.
