Body

Invitation for Bids were solicited for Landscape Maintenance and Mowing Services for the greater downtown area and arterial medians.  The City received a total of six (6) bid responses.  An evaluation team consisting of individuals with the City of Round Rock with expertise in this area, evaluated the bids and scored Heart of Texas Landscape and Irrigation as the best company  to provide these services.

Cost: $713,401.20 (5 year contract) ($41,840.00 will be covered by Transportation General Funds)
