On September 13, 2018 the Transportation and Economic Development Corporation (Type B) held a public hearing and entered into four agreements to purchase real property and improvements located near the downtown water tower park. The purchase of three of these parcels was finalized on November 19, 2018. The total purchase price for the completed transactions was $2,318,386.
