Consider an ordinance vacating an alleyway in Block 5 of the Round Rock Original Plat. (First Reading)*

This item will vacate the alley right-of-way which partially traverses Block 5 of the Round Rock Original Plat, which is bounded by West Main Street on the north, South Harris Street on the east, and South San Saba Street on the west. The alley does not go through the block because there is no right-of-way on the south, which limits the purpose and potential for city use. Additionally, several old structures have been erected in the alley dating back many years, and the vacation will permit those structures to become part of the properties they serve.
