Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Allied Sales Company for the delivery of off-road dyed diesel fuel.

This agreement is to purchase diesel fuel for the Parks and Rec Department. We have two locations that have on site fueling. One is located at Brush Recycling Center and the second one located at PARD yard at Old Settlers. This fuel is used to fuel the off road units such as the grinder, loader, and skid steer at the Brush Recycling Center, and the mowers, tractors, and backhoes at Old Settlers park. This reduces the time it would take to have to go to a fuel station for fuel which would then need to be pumped into the units at the site.
Cost: $70,000.00 per year ($350,000.00 for the term of the agreement, 5 years)
