Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 1 with Rodriguez Transportation Group, Inc. for the Gattis School Road (Segment 3) Project.

The original contract for engineering design services for the Gattis School Segment 3 was executed March 22nd, 2018 in the amount of $1,013,037.45. This supplemental agreement will increase the contract amount by $117,447.94. The total new contract will be $1,130,485.39.
The additional scope of work to be performed by the engineer under this Supplemental Agreement #1 with Rodriguez Transportation Group, Inc. is to extend ROW data research and parcel preparation, extend SUE services, extend field surveys along A. W. Grimes, (900 linear feet north and 700 linear feet south); additional roadway design services for the extended limits of A. W. Grimes; additional design services for Double Creek; and additional design services for drainage culverts.
Cost: $117,447.94
