Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 44, Sections 44-149, 44-150 and 44-151, Code of Ordinances (2018 Edition), regarding environmental services fees. (Second Reading)
Body
The Environmental Services Division conducts a variety of activities for the public that require the payment of a fee. These fees are periodically reviewed and adjusted as necessary to cover the cost of service. The current Environmental Services fees have not been adjusted since 2009.The increases proposed in this ordinance change include increases in material costs, administrative costs and labor.
