This item will authorize the Mayor to execute a contract with Dobbs Tennis Courts, Inc. for the Clay Madsen Tennis Court Resurfacing Project. Competitive sealed bids were received on March 26th and Dobbs was found to be the low bidder. The Clay Madsen Tennis Court Resurfacing Project contract will include installation of a post-tensioned concrete court overlay on an existing 120'x110' asphalt tennis court. The court was recently damaged during the installation of a new shade structure. The concrete overlay will ensure a safe and durable playing surface, which will require less maintenance and resurfacing than the existing asphalt court.

Cost: $138,000.00
