Consider an ordinance annexing 190.07 acres of land along University Blvd, with 168.558 acres being north of University Boulevard and east of CR 110, and 21.511 acres being south of University Boulevard and east of CR110.  (First Reading)*

Body

The City is annexing the 190.07-acre Sauls East tract.  A petition for annexation was submitted by the owner, JSL North Investments, LLC.  The property is proposed for development with residential and commercial uses.  As required by State law, the City must annex the adjoining roadways in this situation, and associated ordinances are on this Council Agenda.  The Sauls East tract is located on the north and south sides of University Blvd., the east side of CR 110 and the south side of CR 107.
