Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 2 with Chasco Constructors for the McNeil Road Extension Phase 1 Project.

This Change Order /Quantity Adjustment # 2 is for repair on waterline valves, the addition of the duct bank on Lampasas Street that was not on the plans, it also included seal coat in the parking lot, a revised crossing under Lampasas Street and the substitution of Type C pavement in lieu of the Type D, a sewer line tie-in and various pavement markings. The total of the change order is $244,596.55.
The Quantity Adjustment included over runs of the lime material for subgrade stabilization, credits for the HMAC Type D, credits for various pavement markings, credits for temporary silt fencing and erosion logs that were not needed, credits for flowable fill not used, and credits for the concrete fence that was not installed. The total for the Quantity Adjustments is -$192,879.50.
The net total for this Change order/Quantity Adjustment is $ 51,717.05.
