Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Longhorn Outdoor Power Equipment for the purchase of small engine parts and equipment.

An invitation for Bid was processed in accordance with IFB-No. 19-008 to establish a small engine parts contract for the City of Round Rock. A total of three vendors responded, it has been determined that Longhorn Outdoor Power and Hill Country Outdoor Power offer the best value. With this agreement the Vehicle Shop will purchase small engine tool and other parts. This is a 5-year agreement for a total of $650,000 for the entire length of the agreement.
Cost: $650,000.00
