Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Musco Sports Lighting, LLC for the purchase of tennis court lighting and installation services at Frontier Park.

Body

This item will authorize the purchase and installation of tennis court lighting at Frontier Park. Installation will take place in conjunction with the Frontier Park Improvement Project 2019.

As part of the City of Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department's lighting transition plan, the replacement of Frontier Park's aging tennis lighting system with update Musco units had been pre-approved by City Council in 2018. With the changing prices of materials, quotes came in higher than the pre-approved amount of $75,000 and requires additional City Council approval.

Cost: $83,520.00
