This item will authorize the Mayor to execute a contract with Fazzone Construction Company, Inc. for the Rabb Pavilion Improvements Project. Competitive sealed bids were received on May 21st and Fazzone was found to be the low bidder. The Rabb Pavilion Improvements Project contract will include the demolition of some existing park amenities, site preparation, installation of pavilion & shade structure slabs, an accessible cricket batting cage, improved parking lot, concrete sidewalk & flat work, water & wastewater service, a prefab restroom foundation, grading for better drainage, irrigation, and various other improvements.
Throughout the design process, PARD consulted with park users, including the Round Rock Cricket Club and Lone Star Aeronuts (RC Club), to ensure their needs were being met.
Cost: $388,387.67
