Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with PGAL, Inc. for architectural services related to the Public Library Project.

This Supplemental Agreement is for the amendment Scope of Services for the New Library one block North of existing Library. PGAL had finished schematic design for the the proposed Library at 500 North Mays, the change of the Library site requires a new Schematic Design for the new site.
Cost: $326,780.00
