This item will allow the City to enter into an agreement for the purchase of apparel and apparel graphic design services to be used for various City events, programs and facilities.
The City issued a Request for Proposals and received three proposals from apparel vendors. An evaluation team with expertise in apparel purchasing evaluated the offers and scored Georgetown Shirt Company and Austin Screen Printing as the best to provide the services based on the scoring criteria. The City will utilize "Dual Providers" for apparel and customization services and both Georgetown Shirt Company and Austin Screen Printing will be utilized during the term of this agreement.
The five (5) year agreement is for a not-to-exceed amount of $180,000 per year for a total amount of $900,000 over term of the agreement.
Cost: $900,000.00
