Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with United Site Services of Texas, Inc. for the rental of portable chemical toilets.
Body
This item will allow the City to enter into an agreement for the rental of portable toilets to be used for various City events, as well as park locations without permanent restrooms. The five (5) year agreement is for a not-to-exceed amount of $45,000 per year for a total amount of $225,000 over term of the agreement. This agreement is replacing the current agreement that is set to expire this year.
Cost: $225,000.00
