This item will authorize the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to CXT Inc. for the purchase and installation of a prefabricated restroom facility for the Rabb Pavilion Improvements Project.

Located in Old Settlers Park, the Rabb Pavilion Improvements Project includes a variety of improvements aimed at addressing ADA compliance issues and replacing facilities that have reached the end of their useful life. This restroom would replace the existing portable toilets on site, currently serving pavilion and playground users. Rabb Pavilion is one of our more popular rental pavilions and the new restroom facilities will greatly improve user experience.

Cost: $55,157.00
