Consider a resolution approving and adopting Financial Policies related to the Budget for FY 2019-2020.

The City's Financial Policies are an important part of the City's Strategic Goal to be a "Financially Sound City Providing High Value Services." The policies are reviewed and updated, if needed, each year as part of the budget process. There are no recommended changes, however the policies are being presented for review and re-adoption.
