Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with M&C Electric, Inc. for the purchase of general building trade services (electric).

It has now become necessary to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to amend the Original Agreement to increase the amount the City may expend during the term of the Agreement from $2,900,000.00 to $3,625,000.00. The initial agreement called out a maximum amount per year of $580,000, and kicked off October 2018. Through the LED light initiative, routine repairs, building expansion and electrical work in our parks, we have used up this budget. With this agreement, and the additional $725,000 we will be able to continue forward on all projects. We anticipate the future years spending to be right around the $580,000.
Cost: $3,625,000.00
