Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with Hagood Engineering Associates, Inc. for the Oakmont Drive Segment 1B Chandler Creek Tributary Crossing Project.

Body

The City would like to enter into a contract with Hagood Engineering Associates, Inc. to prepare plans,specifications, and estimates (PS&E) suitable for building a segment of the Oakmont Drive Extension. The Project will begin approximately at the west floodplain line of the Nutty Brown Tract and extend approximately 250 linear feet east. This stream crossing will connect to the west segment of the Oakmont Drive East and West Segments Project that

Burke Real Estate Group is designing in a Development Agreement with the City of Round Rock.

The fee for this work will be $61,950.00.
