The property owner agreed to accept the City's appraised land value for the acquired fee and temporary easement parcels. The owner provided a contractor bid estimate for reconstruction of a secondary internal driveway connection after proposed installation of a raised median with the project, whic bidh was reviewed by Transportation and recommended for approval as part of the total purchase price.

Cost: $230,012.00
