Precision Construction and Contracting, LLC was the low bidder for the Old Settlers Park Tennis Court Renovation Project 2019. This company specializes in sports facility construction and has completed multiple tennis court projects. They provided several references for post-tension concrete tennis court construction and received all positive comments regarding their quality of work and communication skills.
This project includes installation of a post-tensioned concrete court overlay on the existing 3 banks of asphalt tennis courts at Old Settlers Park. It will also include demo of the surrounding walkways and reinstalling them to maintain ADA compliance. All banks of courts at Old Settlers have experienced significant cracking over the past year. This project will address that cracking and will ensure a safe and durable playing surface that will require less maintenance than the existing asphalt courts.
