Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Term Renewal Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement for Periodic Codification Services with Municipal Code Corporation dba Municode.

In December 2014, the City entered into a 5-year agreement with Municode for the codification and periodic updating of the City's Code of Ordiances. This includes online hosting as well as printed versions.
The initial term of the agreement will expire on December 4, 2019 and it allows for two 12-month renewals. This item will authorize the first of the two renewals. No change in pricing will occur - this is an extension of time only.
