Casey Family Investments, LLC, located at 3600 CR 175 has plans to construct a facility for the Round Rock Raiders sports team. The Round Rock Raiders is a non-profit, competitive sports Christian homeschool organization established to serve homeschool families in Central Texas.
The property owner requested water service for this facility from the City. Because the property is located within the City’s extra-territorial jurisdiction and the City has an existing waterline located across CR175 that serves the Williamson County Regional Park, the City has the ability to provide out-of-city water service for this facility. The property will be responsible for extending the waterline across CR175 and paying a water impact fee of $10,062.50. This impact fee is for a one-inch water meter which provides 2.5 living unit equivalents (LUEs) to the site.
