This agenda item is a request to amend the 380 Agreement between the City of Round Rock and TOTKN, LLC. The request is for a two-year extension of the original completion date under section 4.1 of the original agreement resolved on April 12^th of 2018.

The amended agreement will provide TOTKN an extension of two-years, December 31, 2021, to meet the terms of section 4 (Rights and Obligations of TOTKN) as outlined in the original agreement. No other terms of the agreement will change.
