Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Administration and Funding Agreement with the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce and the Transportation and Economic Development Corporation.

Body

In January 2017 the City and the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Develoment Corporation entered into an agreement with the Round Rock Chamber for the administration and funding of the City's economic development program.  The current agreement is set to expire on December 31, 2019 and allows for an additional 1 year extension. This amendment simply extends the termination date by one year, making the te new termination date December 31, 2020.
