Title

Round Rock 732 Building, LLC, et. al., for the acquisition fee title to 0.258 acres, and a public utility easement interest in and to 0.067 acres, which are required for the construction of proposed improvements to RM620 (Parcels 22 and 22PUE).

Body

This proposed judgment is a negotiated settlement of the condemnation suit for RM620/Parcel 22. The r.o.w. parcel acquisition value of $1,650,000 was approved by TxDoT, which will reimburse the City for 90% of the payment. The public utility easement acquisition amount of $67,000 is equal to the City's approved appraisal value, and is 0% reimbursable by TxDoT. The City is also proposing to enter into a separate purchase contract for the 0.469 acre property remaining after these condemnation acquisitions.
