The Fire Department is seeking approval for the purchase of a 2020 Pierce Fire Engine. This purchase is part of the fire apparatus replacement program and will replace a front-line apparatus, Engine 4. The current Engine 4 will go into reserve status for use as a backup when front-line apparatus are out of service for maintenance and can also serve as a training apparatus.
