Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with Partners Remodeling for the 2017 CDBG Sidewalk -Chisholm Valley Subdivision Project.

A total of eleven (11) sealed bids were received and opened on November 21, 2019 for the above referenced project. The bids ranged from $231,115.50 to $497,500.00. Partners Remodeling from Austin, Texas, submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $231,115.50. Partners Remodeling successfully completed a similar project for the City within the last two years and has proven they are capable of performing the work.
